About Moore's Marauders...    Contact Us

Ken Moore, Founder & CEO

The Marauders are an all-volunteer unit of highly skilled, highly motivated professionals from every corner of the world and from every walk of life.

Amongst our ranks are doctors, nurses, crash scene investigators (CSIs), senior police officials (with a combined half century of major case investigatory experience), two teams of underwater recovery experts, pilots (both rotary and fixed wing), expert mountain climbers, spelunkers, researchers, information technology (IT) experts, certified explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) experts and several Ph.D. historians.

We Work for You, Not the Government.

We hail from the United States, Canada, the Philippines and as far away as South Africa. Together, Marauder men and women give freely of their time and energy to assist the families of war veterans in locating the remains of missing servicemen throughout the Pacific.

"Though it is our considered opinion that war seems to be an inevitable part of the human experience, it remains the steadfast conviction and fervent wish of every team member that our work and dedication will cast a spotlight on war’s futility, thereby helping to reduce its casualties, including - ultimately - future MIA’s."

-- Kenneth James Moore, Founder and CEO, Moore's Marauders

Your Tax Deductible Donations Make This Possible

Moore's Marauders is a non-profit organization that receives no government funding. We rely solely on your contributions to help us locate the 35,000 WWII MIAs the U.S. government maintains are still recoverable.

It is our mission to fulfill the "no man left behind" promise.  That mission will not be fulfilled until "all" 35,000 are located, identified and recovered. Locating the remains is the first step in the recovery process.  That's what the Marauders do.

We aid organizations like The U.S. Dept. of Defense (DoD), The Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command (JPAC), and the Japanese Dept. of Health and Labor in locating the remains of World War Two Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Coast Guardsmen, and Airmen.

Next Steps... From Recoverable to Unrecoverable

Once remains have been located the families are notified and a report is filed with the proper authorities.  Through our extensive archival research, the Marauders also seek to bring closure to the other 43,000 WWII MIAs that our government has declared "unrecoverable."

For as little as 30 cents a day, you can help us bring home the thousands who made the ultimate sacrifice so that we could live in freedom. If you can, please, donate today. But whatever you do, stay involved by spreading the word to your friends and loved ones about those 35,000.

Together, we can do this.

Sincerely,

Kenneth Moore
